as I might sound for a brand spankin’ new blog with a brand spankin’ new blog posting. yes, I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, yes we work together – happily, yes we have great kids who can be shits yet also hysterical. yes, my husband is taking me to paris on friday to celebrate our 40th birthdays. yes, I love saab’s and all their quirkiness. yes, I love dogs and have two jack russells. yes I am fundamentally happy. Maybe I started blogging at a bad time. I mean, I have lots to say about the world and what is wrong with it, and how we are all going to hell in a hand basket and how bush sucks and war is wrong and the environment is shit and we waste everything and people suck and bla la la la blog stuff. just. not today. today I am happy and I have a husband who loves me and two great kids and two goofy dogs and a pretty saab and I am going to paris on friday.
